   As we all know Health is the primary element and so important in our life. Healthy body can create a Healthy mind and with Healthy mind one can transform any situation into a positive one. Some people who never worked out before should do it gradually. When you start exercising don’t do it too much in the beginning because it can pull a muscle or have an injury and make it worse. Continuity never builds in a day and doing it repeatedly will surely award the best result to the person.

  1.  GET UP EARLY EVERYDAY:

   ‘Early to bed, early to rise makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise’. Not sure about your wealth because it also depends on your Hard-work integrity & smartness but it will certainly make you healthy. Actually our body needs just enough sleep, not too much and not too less to maintain good Health.

2. DO ENOUGH EXERCISES:

   Decades ago majority people had to do physically hard work in every move of their life but today there are so many different facilities in every move, such as a using vehicles to work, or to commute anywhere, then we sit down there, after that when we come back home with same facility & same (routine) we sit again, so in such a way our routine is actually not physically active, This physically inactivity is one of the main reason of diseases. Walk, Run, Sports, Yoga, Meditation, and many workout activities added to our life effects more beneficial for us.

3. EAT WHEN YOU FEEL HUNGRY:

   This is also a simple idea by one expert, but we often go against the messages of the body. If you eat out of our habit or routine, or not having enough appetite or having too much appetite which ultimately affect your digestive system. So by that you will start getting different issues related to stomach like Acidity, Indigestion pain, Burks, etc & this contributes to initially start of other more complex diseases taking root. Having a proper appetite is actually a sign of good health.

4. PERFORM MEDITATION REGULARLY:

   As we know our body is connected to our mind and there are many diseases of this generation that are unbelievable. Stress & anxiety levies on our physical health. Meditation is a mental exercise which allows us to detach ourselves from the worries of life. Learn how to perform it and do it regularly. Through mediation and awareness, we realize that we don’t have to be stuck in limitations. We have the ability to change our circumstances for the better by working with our mind.

5. GET ENOUGH SLEEP:

   Sleep is a most important element and the best medicine in our life. This may sound simple but many people stay up till late even when their body is telling them that it is time to sleep. Ayurveda also stated that it is better to sleep at night and be active during the day. However people such as an Overtime employee or students, etc will take their tea or coffee and stimulants to their duty late into the night to complete their tasks. There are few people who develop the habit of remaining active till late night and then feel sleepy during the day. Alternative health doctors also accepted that this type of unusual living habits is one of the major factors for the cause of cancer as well as many other dangerous diseases. Best quote for sleep is “Happiness consists of getting enough sleep”.

   Focusing on certain parts in the body can help in improvement. A good example is going to the gym and doing a workout more often in a specific area such as cardio workout can give you a healthy heart.
